Load-ins we've run

On-site printing, planned around the venue.

Every event is a logistics problem before it's a printing one. These snapshots show how the crew sized the station to the space, the power, and the crowd — and what the client walked away with.

Tech conference, convention center

The problem: 900 attendees, a badge-scan-to-print booth idea, and a shared power drop. The plan: two DTF presses on separate circuits, transfers pre-staged by session, and a queue rail to keep the aisle clear. Result: a steady line that turned booth traffic into printed swag without tripping a breaker.

Company holiday party, hotel ballroom

The problem: a stair-only load-in and a four-hour window. The plan: a timed dolly schedule up the service stairs, one apparel line plus a hat-and-patch bar, and staffing sized to serve 250 guests. Result: guests left with custom pieces and the ballroom was clear by the contracted end time.

Outdoor festival activation

The problem: no venue power and an unpredictable crowd. The plan: a self-powered mobile setup, weather-ready staging, and extra pre-staged blanks for the surge. Result: a merch line that ran through peak hours off the grid.

Brand retail activation, pop-up

The problem: a tight storefront footprint and premium brand standards. The plan: a compact single-station DTF line, curated blanks matched to the brand, and a clean guest handoff flow. Result: made-in-front-of-you customization that fit the space and the look.

The through-line

The station is sized before the truck is packed.

What these events share isn't a product — it's a walk-through. Knowing the power, the load-in path, the footprint, and the guest count ahead of time is what lets the crew show up and just run. The printing is the easy part once the logistics are solved.
